Sitting on a hilltop on the southwest coast of The Big Island of Hawaii is an amazing property with rediculously fabulous views. Its was formerly a fast-food restaurant and the owner wanted to turn the facility into something really spectacular. I crossed my fingers hoping to provide he, the famous chef and the community a top-notch design. The result is Sam Choy's Kai Lanai (sunset patio) and it has become a local and tourist favorite. I served as project manager, interior and exterior designer and graphic designer for branding and marketing materials.
