Maureen Long Design

Sitting on a hilltop on the southwest coast of the big island of Hawaii is an amazing property with fabulous views. Its was formerly a fast-food restaurant and the owner wanted to turn the facility into something really spectacular. I crossed my fingers hoping to provide the famous chef and the community a top-notch design. The result is Sam Choy's Kai Lanai (sunset patio) and it has become a local and tourist favorite. I served as project manager, interior and exterior designer and graphic designer for branding and marketing materials.
